On arrival, check-in at the ticket office. Every child will receive a personal passport that Santa will stamp for you.
If you have a Pram or Buggy we can mind it for you in our ‘BUGGY BAY’ This is will give you more freedom to move around
If you have your painting with you please leave it at the ticket desk and make sure your name, age, e-mail and contact telephone number are included.

Just a couple of short steps and you are in:
Here an Elf will ask you to help solve a series of riddles and with your answers, the Elf will then look for the magic key in the wall of drawers. Once the key has been found it’s time to open the Giant chest full of Treats and get your reward.
A few short steps through the gingerbread garden and it’s into:
Here you’ll see some of the amazing wooden toys that the Elves have made. Try out some of their tools on their work bench. The Elves will have freshly printed ‘Letters to Santa’ One for every Passport holder. You can post your letter in our Giant Red Post box or take it home and post it later. An Elf will give you a little fairy bell for your pillow or you may like to hang it on your Christmas Tree
Always a big favourite. She has a wonderful collection of story books and is always busy making mince pies for Santa and all the Elves. She will give every child a special note for the Fairies to insert into the ‘‘Fairy Tree House’
Mrs Claus loves all children and all animals. She will have ready for you her ‘Secret Reindeer Food’ For the Reindeer on Christmas Eve.
This year Mrs Claus has brought her ‘Timber Rumbler’ Hand made in the North Pole in Santa’s workshop. Select a wooden Heart from the Glass jar and place it in the ‘Timber Rumbler’ along with your love to Santa for a safe journey on Christmas Eve. This is a very old tradition and all the Elves are so Happy Mrs Claus has brought it with her to Dundrum . Once all the Timber Hearts have been collected they are then rolled in the rumble sending all your love to Santa
On your way to Santa you can pop your special note to the Fairies in the ‘Fairy Tree House’ OR you are welcome to take it home with you for under your pillow
Soon an Elf will call you in. Have your passport ready. If you have a question for Santa, now’s your chance. Santa will then give you a wrapped present. He will be issuing Good List Certificates on the day. Remember to wish Santa a safe journey and a very Happy Christmas. ALL SMILE for the camera as the Elf takes a souvenir photo of your visit. These photos are optional and can be viewed on the monitor in Santa’s Photo World on your way out.
