Our online booking service can only be used for purchasing tickets. It cannot be used to make provisional bookings or to hold reservations. We advise you to be certain of your times and dates when making your booking as tickets are Non-refundable and Non Transferable.

ALL persons under 18 years MUST have a valid ticket.

Bookings must be paid for in full as we do not take deposits.

Adults GO FREE (Maximum of 2 Adults per child)

Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. However, if you encounter any problems relating to your booking then please email [email protected] and we will contact you within 1 business day.

If you wish to add additional people to your booking, please e-mail [email protected] we will do our very best to accommodate you.

The maximum number of people per group is 10. If you need to make a larger group booking, please e-mail us [email protected]

Ticket prices are inclusive of VAT.

Please take care when booking your time slot as it may not be possible to make changes.

Attendees should arrive no more than 5 minutes before their designated time slot.

While we make every effort to accommodate all customers at their chosen times, unfortunately, delays are sometimes unavoidable. We would ask that you please be patient.

Unfortunately, it may not be possible to accommodate latecomers or attendees holding tickets for other time slots.

All Children must be always supervised and accompanied by an adult.

Each Family will have a private visit with Santa.

The Experience is approximately 20 mins plus time to wander and take photos.

We provide a Professional Santa photo (optional to purchase) Other personalised merchandise is available on-site in Santa’s Photo World.

We would advise all attendees to wrap up well as some of our super photo opportunities are outdoors.

Santa’s Christmas Wonderland site is wheelchair accessible.

Santa’s Christmas Wonderland operates a NO smoking policy. This includes the use of e-cigarettes and vaping devices in outdoor areas.

N.B. All attendees may be filmed, and photographs and images taken may be transmitted on Television, Online Platforms, and Printed Media, and content may be used in the future to highlight and promote this event. By entering Santa’s Christmas Wonderland in the Dundrum Town Centre, you consent to all such filming and to unrestricted transmissions and usage of resulting images. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please make it known to management at check-in.
