Pre Booking is the best way to guarantee your place. We will have a limited amount of places each day and they are for sale on a first come first served basis.

Approximately 20mins for the journey to see Santa. However there is a lot to see and do and plenty of photo opportunities. Please remember Santa can get very busy and sometimes there may be delays. Should this happen during your visit we thank you in advance for your patience and we guarantee we will do everything we can to make your day a great day
Remember to wrap up well and bring your painting competition picture with you. If you have booked online then please have your booking number ready at check in.
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for poor weather conditions.
Please allow yourself time for traffic and time also to park if you have a car with you. If you could arrive at Santa’s Check In desk 5 mins prior to your time slot that would be a big help.
Rescheduling a booking can be very difficult and sometimes impossible as we regularly sell out slots. We would ask you to please check your own and your family’s private schedule prior to booking.
Altering dates cannot be guaranteed but if and when possible, will incur an administration fee of €3
We have on site Santa’s Photo World with lots of great offerings. In the centre itself you are spoiled for choice with shops, cafes, restaurants, Multiplex Cinema, Ice skating Rink and much more. Everything you need in one location.
