📌 Booking Terms

• Our online booking service is only for purchasing tickets – it cannot hold reservations or provisional bookings.
• Please confirm your dates and times before booking as tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• All bookings must be paid in full – we do not take deposits.
• Adults go free (maximum of 2 adults per child).
• All persons under 18 years must have a valid ticket.
• Maximum group size: 10 people. For larger groups, email [email protected].
• Ticket prices include VAT.

🛎️ Check-In

• Present your booking reference or tickets at check-in.
• Arrive no more than 5 minutes before your time slot.
• Latecomers or attendees with other time-slot tickets may not be admitted.
• Please be patient if delays occur – we do our best to keep everything running smoothly.

• Each family enjoys a private visit with Santa.
• Presents are tailored by age group: Baby (0–12m), Toddler (10m+), 3–5yrs, 6–8yrs, 9+yrs.

• Santa’s Christmas Wonderland is wheelchair accessible.
• All children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• No smoking, e-cigarettes, or vaping permitted on-site.

By attending Santa’s Christmas Wonderland at Dun Laoghaire Shopping Centre, you consent to filming and photography. Images may be used on television, online platforms, and printed media to promote the event. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify management at check-in.
