Our beautifully crafted timber village with 1000’s of sparkling lights has many wonderful photo opportunities.
On arrival, check-in at the ticket office. Every child will receive a personal passport that Santa will stamp for you.
If you have your painting with you please leave it at the ticket desk and make sure your name, age, e-mail and contact telephone number are included.

Step through the Secret Wardrobe Into the Magic Garden, where it often snows…………
Here an Elf will ask you to help solve a series of riddles and with your answers, the Elf will then look for the magic key in the wall of drawers. Once the key has been found it’s time to open the Giant chest full of Lollipops and get your reward.
A few short steps through the gingerbread garden and it’s into:
Here you’ll see some of the amazing wooden toys that the Elves have made. Try out some of their tools on their work bench. The Elves will have freshly printed ‘Letters to Santa’ Every child will get one of these. You can post it in our Giant Post box or take it home and post it later. An Elf will give you a little fairy bell for your pillow.
Always a big favourite. She has a wonderful collection of story books and is always busy making mince pies for Santa and dinner for all the Elves. She will give every child a special note for the Fairies to insert into the magic ‘Fairy Tree’ located in the ‘Fairy Garden’ Mrs Claus loves all children and all animals. She will have ready for you her ‘Secret Reindeer Food’ For the Reindeer on Christmas Eve.
On your way to Santa pop your special note to the Fairies in the Magic Fairy Tree.
An Elf will call you in. Have your passport ready. If you have a question for Santa, now’s your chance. Santa loves questions. Santa will then give you a wrapped present. Santa will be issuing Good List Certificates. Remember to wish Santa a safe journey and a very Happy Christmas. ALL SMILE for the camera as the Elf takes a souvenir photo of your visit. These photos are optional and can be viewed on the monitor in Santa’s Photo World on your way out.
